Ab Exercise Machines Dont Work
Don't buy ab exercise machines. They just don't work, they are sadly, just a waste of time and money. There are many reasons why this silly little ab exercise machines don't work, these include the fact that ab machines generally rely on the same repetitive motion. Taking for instance the ab king pro, one of the best selling machines on the market. Using the ab king pro you only do the same motion of going up and down over and over again. The body quickly gets used to this motion and the abs won't grow.
What's more, a lot of people have belly fat covering the abdominal muscles so that they don't show, so what the ab exercise machine needs to do is burn fat that covers the abs. Do ab exercise machines actually burn the fat that cover the abs? No they don't. The same problem with the having the same repetitive motion happens when it comes to burning that ugly belly fat. You see, to burn belly fat, you need to do various exercises, just performing the same exercise of going up and down will not help.
What you could do is buy multiple ab exercise machines, each with a different range of motion or movement so that you can move between them and always keep the body guessing so that the body burns fat and gains muscle. However, this is just unreasonable. Each machine can cost in excess of $300, so buying more than one is waste of money.
That being said, there is more than one method available to losing weight, burning fat and getting six pack abs. Just what ever you do, do not waste money on expensive and absolutely useless ab exercise machines that just don't work, explore other options that are better and more effective.
