Best Way To Get Flat Stomach
Best way to get flat stomach post pregnancy?
My son is almost a year and a half old now, so I'm a bit overdue for trying to lose that last 5 lbs. I've seen pictures of women who have extremely flat stomaches after having children. How do you achieve that? I'm not big by any means, just have the excess fat around my middle section. I'm not concerned so much about losing pounds as I am about flattening my stomach/getting rid of love handles, as I only weigh about 5-6 lbs more than I did pre-pregnancy. What would be the best way to do this in my own home? My husband works a lot, and we just moved here so I can't just go to the gym. And I don't know my way around much yet, so I can't go out for a run or jog. Any advice on things that actually work? Thanks in advance!
Plus I have a lot of stretch marks, will this affect how flat I can get my stomach? I don't mind having them though, they're my battle scars 
i agree with the first poster (thumbs up to her!) belly dancing is GREAT...but i know for me im going to have a hard time gettin my sexy back on when this little bundle of joy pops out, so to save my sex life im going to do the belly dancing/pole class. sounds dirty right? lol from people ive talked to-especially other mothers-they say it not only tones them up but it also spices up their sex life. TWO IN ONE!
if you cant do either of those or just done want to then try a core work out video for twenty mins a day about three times a week...
