Here are the best flat tummy exercises for sexy female abs. NO crunches, NO sit-ups, NONE of that stuff since it's a huge waste of time. These are pure tummy flattener exercises.
The best part is, you can do them at home in just a few minutes a day.
1. Vacuum Pose
Listen, if you were to do just 1 exercise to get a flat stomach and lose inches off the waist, this would be it... BY FAR. Crunches are a silly waste of time when compared to the results the vacuum pose gets.
My clients lose 2 inches from their waists doing this exercise for a month... in just 5-6 minutes a day.
Suck in your stomach near the lower part... the belly button. Then control it while you hold that position for over 20 seconds. Then keep repeating. As you get better, hold it longer each time... boosting it up to 30 seconds, then 45 seconds, etc.
2. Isometric ab squeezes
These help to bring out the definition in your abs the more flat they become. If you're still 20 pounds over where you want to be, then you can skip this exercise and focus on the vacuum pose and the next exercise.
Anyway, for this exercise I want you to tighten your ab muscles by squeezing them hard. Really flex them. That's it. Do this on and off... 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off. Five minutes a day is plenty.
3. Hula Hooping
Hula hooping is just now starting to become popular... and for good reason. It works!
If you want feminine curves in the waist and hips, this is a top choice exercise to do. You can get a good hula hoop for under $10. Make sure it's wider than the kids' sized ones and make sure it's weighted to make it easier to twirl around.
Then all you do is spin it around your waist for 5 or so minutes a day.
