Flatten Abdominal Muscles
How can I flatten my stomach?
I am NOT fat! Please nobody tell me anything that would lead to heavy weight loss. The problem is. I have absolutely NO breasts what so ever (I'm 13 and where a 32A cup) but a little bit of muscle right under where my breasts should be which makes it look like fat because it's noticeable. I am very short but can FINALLY where junior size clothes. My good friend invited me to go on vacations with them this year and I will finally be able to where a mature bikini and show it off with pride. 
Like I said, I have noticeable muscle which looks like fat right under my tiny tiny breasts and then it dips in to the middle of my stomach and a small pudgy spot right in my lower abdominal. I would like to get that flattened out before vacation (10 weeks) Without going on a huge diet.
Crunches should help. If you do about 10 a day then it will go away eventually. It's gonna take a long time. But, at 13 you shouldn't be too worried about it, it goes away as you get older if you eat right and exercise.
