Flatter Abs Without Crunches - The Flat Belly Diet
One of the most common trouble spots on the body is the abdomen. Many people scour the internet daily for tips on losing belly fat. While many people attempt to obtain a flat belly by doing crunches, many fail to see results. The flat belly diet promises to reduce belly fat without the help of crunches and sit ups.
