EC Block Exemption Regulations?
If a gym equipment manufacturer licences a registered trade mark (logo) to a company which manufacturers t-shirts, so they can put the logo on the t-shirt, if there are territory restrictions, will this come under Commission regulation 772/2004 or 2790/1999?
